Designed for easy to sail, moor, anchor, dock. Three cabin/three head owner’s layout with many upgrades. Nancy E shows in very good condition and has been lightly chartered with low engine and generator hours. She can remain earning income in charter or leave the charter fleet for private use. People love the opening aft garage door, large forward cockpit and fly bridge sky lounge. This is the smallest catamaran with a fly bridge. A/C throughout including salon and all cabins.
Personal note: We have six married kids and fifteen grandkids. Just completed our third season of taking each set for one week sailing adventures. No words to express the joy of fun with quality time. We love how our Catspace has provided the space and separate spaces; ten person dining salon, helm flybridge-sun lounge, foredeck seating-sun lounge, three cabins, three heads with large same size beds plus one bench sleeper and so much storage throughout the boat. Now, the baby grandkids have grown up and beg to go. Two sets want to adventure together. We want adult friend couples to join us for a week. So, we need to move up to a larger boat.
The family will really miss the Catspace, and we hope and pray the new owners share loving experiences as we have.
