Milagro has been a well known boat around these parts of Panama for many years, after being brought down from Florida by her second owner. Her third owner now puts her for sale to the next caretaker. She’s well equipped, sound and lovingly maintained.

GENERAL LAYOUT

Aft cabin has center queen bed with a 6-inch mattress, its own ensuite including bath, wood floor grate, air conditioning, TV and a separate sink and dressing table.

Maintenance area and workbench to centerline of the passage to aft quarters with tool storage cupboards to outboard on the port side. Engine access under steps and from portside.

Saloon has a rosewood table with bench seats both starboard and port. Storage and fuel tanks under seats, salon table at midships aft of compression post.

U-shaped galley to starboard allowing ample space for two people for cooking and serving.

Head and V-berth to forward.

There is ample storage in cupboards and under floor. Floors covered with high density black floor matting for comfort and protection of the teak and holly sole.

GENERAL CONDITION

Hull has no blisters, topside gelcoat is in good condition.

Deck painted with high-quality automotive and Kiwi Grip paint in 2024.

Some wear to the cabin sole in the saloon.

The upholstery is in reasonable condition.

All opening portlights were replaced in 2024 and also have reflective shading foil. Seven opening hatches are all in good condition, no leaks.

MAIN SALON

Companionway at midships with four steps in cherry and stainless.

Black floor matting covering teak and holly sole, in fair to good condition.

Galley to starboard aft. Settees to port and starboard.

Beautiful cherry wood table with folding sides (not currently on boat, but in storage) in impeccable condition.

Guest cabin forward.

Main head to portside.

Nav desk workspace on portside aft of settee at midships.

Fridge is top and front opening; freezer is top opening only.

Storage under bed with thru-hulls.

Head forward to starboard with RV-size tub with glass doors and storage shelves.

HEADS

Forward head with Raritan PH11, hand-held shower, teak floor grating, sink, and storage cabinet.

Aft head with Raritan PH11, RV tub with glass doors and shower, teak floor grating, sink and storage cabinets. New shower head 2022.

Both heads have shower sump with pump.

Front head has dual door access from salon and V-berth.

DECK LAYOUT

Center cockpit has a custom fiberglass top with recessed pot lights and new clear vinyl and blue Sunbrella side curtains all around. There are Sunbrella clip-on sun shades to fit.

There is hot and cold water at the swim platform.

Salt water deck wash at the bow.

Dinghy davits and outboard lift.
